If I buy this or that dollar amount of stuff or buy from their special list of sale items, I can save 20% or save shipping. However, when you go to their websites and choose merchandise to order, the checkout is interesting. Seems like there is a handling charge. Or there is a shipping charge. The bottom line, in most cases, is that there are no real savings and that, in the case of Eddie Bauer, it's cheaper just to go to the mall and buy it there instead on online.
